Effective immediately, users are now required to contact Paytend directly to request a refund of the remaining balance on their Paytend cards. This change supersedes the previous process, where we assisted in submitting IBAN information on your behalf.
Updated Refund Process:
To initiate your refund, please follow the steps below:
Contact Paytend Customer Support: You will need to send an email to clients@paytend.com with the following details:
Subject: Request for Refund – [Your Card Number]
Email Content: Dear Paytend Customer Support Team,
Hello,
I am writing to formally request a full refund of the remaining balance on my Paytend card to my designated IBAN bank account. My personal information, card details, and complete beneficiary bank account information are listed below for your verification:

- Paytend Card Number: [Your Paytend Card Number]
